JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the data needs of the organization, including data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities
• Understanding the data structure from the sources, it is necessary to perform analysis and design of the database, as the foundation for the Data Engineer to organize the data into the Data Warehouse.
• Collecting and processing data from various sources. Perform data processing techniques such as data cleaning, data integration, data transformation, data reduction, and data discretization.
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports and visualizations.
• Assisting with the design, building, and deployment of data models that support multiple analytics usecases across the business.
• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to develop data-driven solutions.
• Conducting research and identifying new data sources to improve analysis.
• Helping to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Supporting the organization’s data governance policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data models such as Star Schema or Snowflake in the data warehouse.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with utilizing various data visualization tools and libraries, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and D3.js.
• Systematic logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, organized work and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively. Effective communication and presentation skills.
• A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and professional environment.
